German Whispers - Digits on a green line must differ by 5 or more.
Killer Cages - Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
Black Dot - Digits on a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
White Dot - Digits on a white dot are consecutive.

Very cool puzzle! There was one particular step towards the end that took me a longer time to appreciate and it was really satisfying once I knew how it worked out. Thank you for setting and sharing this fun challenge, RedBarchetta!
