Zeros and Negatives Don’t Mix (0-9 Challenge)

Extended Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 0-9 in each row, column, and box, however one digit will not fit in each. Which digit doesn’t fit can vary and/or repeat and must be determined by the solver.
**All even digits are negative values for all clues.**
Killer Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and all cages add up to ZERO.
Arrows: digits along arrows add up to the value in the circle.
V: Digits separated by a V add up to +5, all Vs have been given.
X: Digits separated by an X add up to -10, NOT all Xs have been given.
