This puzzle maybe hardly. I'd like to provide some hints, but someone might not need them, and I don't know how to hiding them.
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Numbers along an arrow sum to the number shown in the circled cells.
The grey lines are palindrome lines. Numbers on a palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.
Numbers connected by a white dot differ by 1 .
Numbers connected by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Numbers connected by a V must sum to 5
Not all dots or Vs are provided.
