Modular Hash
Rules:

Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and box.

Killer Cages: Digits in a cage sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.

XV: Digits separated by a V sum to 5 and digits separated by an X sum to 10. Not necessarily all V's and X's are given.

Global modulo 3: Every 2x2 square of cells must contain a digit from each residue mod 3 i.e. a digit from (1,4,7), a digit from (2,5,8) and a digit from (3,6,9).
