Modular lines: Any set of three adjacent digits along a modular line has three different remainders when divided by 3.
Quadruples: Digits in a Quadruple circle must be placed at least once in the four cells touching that circle.

Very nice puzzle! I first had to adapt how to think about this in the right way. But once I got a little grip, it flowed nicely all the way. Thank you for setting and sharing this fun puzzle, FullDeck-Missing!
