Symi (Counting Circles, Killer)

Description
This is the little sister of Santorini. I created it first and then decided it needed to be more complicated and made the other puzzle around the same idea. But, the more complex version was rated 3 stars for difficulty, so maybe there is room for this version as well, happy solving!
Rules
- Standard Sudoku: Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Counting Circles: A digit in a large circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit.
- Killer: Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to the number in the cage's top left corner.
- Kropki: Cells connected by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Not all dots are necessarily given.
