Thank you for this great puzzle, Will Power! I found the start to be the most difficult phase. Once I got going, it solved very smoothly.

I suspect the lower solve count is just because of difficulty, rather than lack of interest. It was a really cool puzzle though, once I got rolling.
Don't think I would have made it or thought of the trick without your hint about counting the digits.

Amazing to set all primes below 100 in a sudoku grid! Thanks for setting and sharing @ Will Power :). Wonder if someone will come up with a diagonal version where the lonely 11 can also be accommodated !
@Bankey There are 9 threes and 9 sevens in primes before 100. Adding the 11 would make it 9 ones. That is an extremely tight fit. I am also finding that these prime puzzles are not too popular. In almost 2 days, there are only 16 solves (as of this writing). I try to make puzzles that at least 80 people complete. Just trying to spread the joy. If they become more popular, I might try to squeeze the 11 in when (if) I do the next one. Thanks for the suggestion. Peace to you. -Will Power
If you find my puzzle "Prime and Ratio Pairs", from 2023, you might just find 11 peeping out. 8-) Peace to you. -Will Power

Definitely one of the more difficult puzzles from Will Power today, I overcoloured and got lost in the sauce, so I would suggest other colouring enthusiasts find the first digit and then uncolour everything and only recolour what you need. :)
