This is my third round puzzle from the New Rules speed setting competition hosted by Gene on the Sudoku Skunkworks server.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Modular Lines: Along a teal line, any run of three digits must all have different remainders under division by 3.
Russian Doll Sums: In each row or column with an outside clue, there exists two digits which sum to the clue such that the digits sandwiched between them also sum to the clue.
Solution code: Row 6 + Column 7 (18 digits)

Thanks for explaining the rules. I understood everything and solved the Sudoku. It was fun! The rules are interesting, but exotic. Therefore, it may be worth writing examples in the description for future Sudokus. Then more people will want to solve it. Спасибо за матрёшку.

Really easy, but fun ruleset. I usually struggle with modular lines but this one has a really nice flow! The russian doll thing is totally new to me, and it’s a lovely brain twist. Loved it from start to finish!

I can't understand Russian Doll Sums (despite I'm from Russia haha) constraint. There are no information about it in the internet. For example, 4 is 3 + 1. How it possible that other digits which must to appear between 3 and 1 sum to 4?
For clue 8: Should I use all possible options (7 + 1, 6 + 2, 5 + 3) or only two?
-The number of digits used to make up the inner sum is not specified. So, for instance, a clue of 8 could be satisfied by 61432 or by 187, or various other sequences. -SSG
