Moo-Moo's Meadow
Really hope N1ntend0 doesn't come after me for this one...
Moo-Moo the cow lives happily in his meadow. He starts off every day by going for a lovely walk around, returning to where he started. Can you map out his journey?
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Draw a single closed loop that moves cell to cell orthogonally. Adjacent digits on the loop have a difference of at least 4. The loop may not touch itself orthogonally or diagonally.
- For the purposes of all the other clues listed below, digits on the loop have a value of 10. The values of digits not on the loop are unaffected.
- Values in a cage sum to the digit in the top left corner of the cage.
- Values separated by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given.
- Box borders split blue lines into sections, and the sum of the values of each section must be equal.

Fun puzzle!
The loop digits acting as 10 is a rule I haven't seen before, and it made for a lot of interesting logic (along with completely destroying your ability to apply standard variant logic, which is fun).
Clean solve with a fairly minimal grid. Nicely done.
