A Doubledoku Phenomenon

This puzzle is an homage to A Mathematical Phenomenon, set by Xenonetix. I've adapted the same rule-set but in the context of doubledoku, a new sudoku variant introduced by RockyRoer a few days ago. I hope you enjoy it! I guarantee that no bifurcation is needed during this solve.
- Standard doubledoku rules apply: the digits 1~4 occur exactly TWICE each in every row and column, and digits in adjacent cells must be distinct.
- X-sums: numbers outside of the grid are the sum of the first X digits in the corresponding row or column, where X is the first seen digit. X-sum clues can be any positive integer.
- Kropki dots: X-sum clues are separated by Kropki dots. Numbers separated by a white dot have a difference of 1. Numbers separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
To use answer-check, only place pencil-marks outside of the grid, and no digits. The following is a suggested method for keeping track of X-sum clues:
Solution code: The X-sum clues along the bottom edge of the grid. (No spaces.)

Really cool take on a new ruleset which causes the solver to stop and re-evaluate the maxims of x-sum logic.
