I love working with split pea lines because it combines arrow logic with ambiguity in a really interesting way! I have quite a few more ideas with these lines, so be on the lookout for more split pea puzzles in the future!
If this is your first split pea puzzle, welcome! This puzzle is meant to be more of an introduction to the constraint, and there are some very neat interactions that these lines can produce, which is explored further in some of my earlier puzzles!
Rules:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
Split pill arrows (split peas): The sum of the digits strictly between two circles is equal to a concatenation of the two values in the circles, in some order. (e.g. 3_346_1 could be a valid split pea line, as 3+4+6=13.)
German whispers: Excluding the circled cells, adjacent digits along a split pea line must also have a difference of at least 5.
You can play the puzzle by clicking on the image!
Happy solving! Please leave a comment if you enjoyed this one, and check out some of my other puzzles!

What a fun puzzle! Approachable and very elegant. The little calculations were lovely and then sudoku comes to wrap it all up. Thank you very much for setting and recommending your puzzle to me, SamuPiano!

Nice introduction to this new constraint! I found the harder ones more interesting, but this is certainly a good starting-point for anyone who wants to get their feet wet with this awesome new rule.
