Rules:
1) Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes contain repeated digits.
2) Standard Arrows rules apply:
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell.
3) Standard Quadruple rules apply:
Circled digits where four cells meet must be present as values in those four cells.
4) Standard German Whisper rules apply:
Adjacent digits along each German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
5) Standard Diagonal rules apply:
Digits along the positive diagonal must not repeat.
