Cells separated by a chess knight's move cannot contain the same digit.
An inequality symbol between two digits 'points' to the smaller digit.
Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrows circle, digits may repeat along an arrow if allowed by other rules.
Digits along a slow thermometer must increase or stay the same from the bulb end.
Digits separated by a white kropki dot are consecutive. ALL dots are given.
Solution code: Row 3 and then 4 read from left to right.

Challenging. If it's only two stars, there must be some strategy that I missed. Or maybe it's because 6x6 puzzles seem to have a two star maximum.
