This took so much longer to set than I'd initially expected, but I'm pleased with what I've come up with, I hope you like it too :)
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Shade some cells such that all groups of connected unshaded cells within a row or column sum to a non-prime number, and all groups of connected shaded cells within a row or column sum to a prime number.
- Clues outside the grid correspond to the sums of groups of connected unshaded cells within its row or column. Such clues indicate divisors of the sums of the corresponding groups, in the correct order.
Clarification: '1' clues outside the grid merely indicate that there is a corresponding unshaded group in that row or column, since 1 is a divisor for all integers (even 45 :P).
The puzzle:
And some solving links. Solution check is included for both links.

Solution code: Row 4 from left to right, then column 2 from top to bottom, no spaces.

great construction, and actually not too difficult if you have the right ideas at the start.
