Three's a Crowd

(Published on 17. July 2024, 02:00 by XeonRisq)

  • Normal sudoku rules apply.
  • Parity Rows and Columns :
Low/High - (1234|6789 : 5 is neither) Three digits of the same set are not allowed to be adjacent in any row.
Prime/Comp - (2357|4689 : 1 is neither) Three digits of the same set are not allowed to be adjacent in any column.
  • Region Sum Lines :Digits on a blue line must have an equal sum within each region is passes through.

  • Below is four regions that demonstrate the global row/column restriction.
Digits in green do not violate the row/column restrictions.
Digits in red violate the row restriction by either having three adjacent low or high digits.
Digits in purple violate the column restriction by either having three adjacent prime or composite digits.

That was tricky

Yeah, the restriction on the row/column provides some interesting deductions. Thanks for the solve/feedback as always.

Very nice - the parity madness continues ...

Parity does have my attention atm; I'm still trying to churn out interesting puzzles but don't know how long it can last...

For the RSL rule, separate visits count separately ? (as in box 4)
-----
This is correct.
