Normal sudoku rules: Every row, column, and box must contain a complete set of the digits 1-9.

Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the number shown in the upper left corner of the cage.

Arrows: Digits along the shaft of an arrow sum to the value show in the attached circle. Digits may repeat along arrows if allowed by other rules.

A note about difficulty: On our website, Missing Deck Puzzles, we categorize our puzzles as

• Brassica
• GAS
• Mild Indigestion
• Indigestion
• Strong Indigestion
• Heartburn

We generally only post on LMD our Indigestion or Heartburn puzzles, with Indigestion usually corresponding roughly to 1-2 stars on LMD and Heartburn anywhere from 2-4 stars on LMD. We don't typically share here our GAS or Brassica puzzles but plesae go explore our archive if you'd like to see some of those! GAS corresponds to the original daily GAS puzzles, where "hats" were awarded for times on the order of 5-10 minutes. Brassica puzzles are intended to be much easier, suitable for beginning solvers.
