Japanese sums rules:: The clues outside the grid indicate the order of the runs of contiguous cells found in that row or column that must be shaded the color of the clue. The number indicates the sum of the cells in the run. There must be an unshaded cell between runs of the same color. All shaded runs are given.

As I understand it, the statement "All shaded runs are given" is untrue. There are runs in columns 1 and 6 which lack a corresponding clue. Having said that, the missing clues have no impact on the solving process, a true 1* puzzle.
