External Construction (6x6)

I hope this is an accessible but interesting chaos construction.
-
Chaos construction: Each row, column, and 6-cell-region contains the digits 1 to 6 exactly once each. The region-borders must be deduced.
- Arrows: the digit in the first cell seen by an arrow is the number of cells the arrow sees belonging to the same region. Different regions block this vision.
- The black dot separates two digits in a 1:2 ratio (in some order).
Below is an example grid to demonstrate the ruleset:
Solution code: The digits in column 1, top to bottom.

Not sure if it's a 1*, but in any case it's an enjoyable puzzle with a nice constraint that I havent met before. Thx for setting.
