Normal sudoku rules apply.
Gold lines are Dutch whisper lines: adjacent digits along a gold line must differ by at least 4.
Red lines are modulo lines: each series of 3 digits must contain a number from each of the groups 147, 258, and 369.
Digits in a white circle must be in at least one of the surrounding cells.
Digits on a white dot must be consecutive.
Digits on a black dot must have a 1:2 ratio.
Not all dots are necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 5, from left to right.

Bolded colors to bring attention to them as they can be confusing.

The colours of the lines confused me a few times. Why not stick to the conventional colours?

On SudokuMaker the default color for dutch whispers is this gold color and modulo lines is a teal color. The reason I had changed the modulo lines to red is to fit the Star Wars reference. Sorry for any confusion.

You might wanna put the colors of lines in capital letters, to make people pay full attention; Dutch whispers tend to be red, and modular/entropic lines tend to be orange, so the fact this is the other way around may not be immediately obvious if they just think "Dutch whispers and modular - red and orange as normal, great!"

Interesting. The default color for dutch whisper lines on SudokuMaker is gold and modulo lines are more of a teal color. Thanks for pointing this out, I had never seen dutch whisper lines be red before. I changed modulo to red to fit the reference to Star Wars.

I admit to being a huge Goodliffer, meaning I love to put the options in cells. This is a puzzle where one can quickly solve using that method. Thanks for sharing!

Fixed a discrepancy in rules between LMD and SudokuPad.
