German Whispers: Digits connected by a solid green line must have a difference of at least 5.
Chinese Whispers: Digits connected by a dotted red line must have a difference no greater than 2.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid give the digit in the Nth cell along that row or column, where N is the first digit in that row or column as seen by the clue.
Solve online:
Solution code: Row 9, then column 7 (18 digits, no spaces).

I have the same problem as @AAndrei_Truther though the CTC solution check has confirmed my solution. There seem to be a few oddities with the settings on the CTC version too. Lovely puzzle, though.
