Rules:
- Chaos Construction: divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each region contains the digits 1-9 once each. Digits do not repeat in rows or columns.
- Internal X-Sums: digit in a caged cell shows how many region cells it sees in its row and column (including the cell with the cage itself) until it reaches the borders of the region. The number in the top left corner of a cage gives the sum of the cells it sees.

Kropki: digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
