Region Sum Tangram

This puzzle is inspired by juggler's Tangram Killer, but I've replaced killer cages with "region sum lines".
- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Each cage has equal region sums: for any given cage, the sum of the digits restricting to each 3x3 region are equal. Cells that half-appear in a cage only contribute half their value to their region sum.
- Digits in a cage may repeat,
- different cages may have different region sums,
- and region sums may be half-integers (like 6.5 or 11.5).
