This is my second round puzzle from the New Rules speed setting competition hosted by Gene on the Sudoku Skunkworks server.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Molecules: Cells are either electrons or non-electrons. Every cell containing a digit from 1-5 is an electron. Each atom (circle) contains electrons whose digits sum to 8. (Electrons can contain digits greater than 5.)
159: The digit in any shaded cell specifies the column in which its column's number appears in its row. (i.e. if r3c1 contained a 7, r3c7 would need to contain a 1.) All shaded cells are electrons.
Solution code: Row 9 + Column 7 (18 digits)
