Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Kropki: Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
High Digit lines: Along Red High Digit lines, 1 of the digits is equal to the sum of the rest of the digits on the line.
Fog of War: The grid is partially covered in fog. Correctly placing digits will clear the fog around that cell. No guessing is required.
Solution code: Column 9

Lovely puzzle, thanks! Did you create this "high digit lines" constraint yourself?

Thanks for the kind words - I did come up with the high digit lines myself, although I wouldn't be at all surprised if someone had created the same constraint previously :)

Tried this puzzle before it was fixed and loved the idea. I purposely left the puzzle for today and once i saw that it was fixed i eagerly retried the puzzle and I'm happy i did! great fun

I came back to solve it once more with the disambiguating Kropki. This is a fantastic puzzle. Nicely thematic and very approachable at the same time. Thank you very much for setting and sharing, Belamis!

Sorry team, it looks like a kropki dot between r6c3 and r7c3 disappeared on me when I republished this.
This puzzle is NOW be fixed.

I have the same issue as Kversten, line in boxes 7 and 8 can sum to 9 or 5

Hey Belamis, I am trying to solve your puzzle at the moment. I really like the concept and the logic of the first phase. Now I am running into the same problem that has been discussed. Is there any argument that fixes the line connecting Boxes 7 and 8? I seem to have two viable options.

What is stopping R8C3 from being 7 and the high digit? Because if you rule that out then the Kropki disambiguates the rest

Nice sudoku with not too difficult solving. Time 21:29

Still struggling to disambiguate:
C3R4 / C4R4
C3R8 / C4R8
C3R9 / C4R9
Might need some help here lol

Added dot to disambiguate line between box 7 and 8

I have same problem.. in row 8.
But start of solving was fun and interesting.
Edit:
I picked up one digit with the help of fog. Overall, this Sudoku is cool! I hope you will correct him a little.
Reply: Thanks for the kind words. I had noticed the 5/9 options in my testing, and thought I had resolved this but looks like I hadn't. I will look to find a good solution to this tonight and post a fixed version.
A fixed version has now been published.

I'm also stuck at the same line as Alce in comment above
Edit: If I may ask for a hint - so if digits may repeat on a red line, how should I know if the line in the box 7/8 sums to "5" in box 7 or "9" in box 8? (sorry if I'm missing something obvious)

Hey @Belamis, can digits repeat on the red line? If so, I get stuck in the box 7-8 line.
Reply:
Sorry for the ambiguity - Yep, digits may repeat on a red line.
