I decided to make a fourth puzzle in the series after playing the awesome Medieval Upheaval series by Nordy. This puzzle has the intention to be easier, and have multiple ways to be approached. It even has not used constraints if you find a clever approach. Have fun and leave a comment.
Rules
7x7 Chaos Construction: In every row and column, each digit from 1 to 7 occurs exactly once. In addition, there are 7 continuous regions in which each digit from 1 to 7 occurs exactly once. The shape of these regions have to be determined by the solver.
Squares—King Sums: Digits in cells with squares are the sum of all digits that share its region and are a king's move away.
Circles—Knight Sums: Digits in cells with circles are the sum of all digits that share its region and are a knight's move away.
Diamonds—Rook Sightlines: Digits in cells with diamonds indicate the number of cells seen by rook’s move in all directions combined, including the cell with the diamond. Region borders obstruct vision.
White Dots: Digits joined by a white dot must be consecutive.
Black Dots: Digits joined by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.
A green dot border means, that the connected digits belong to the same region, where as a red dot border means that they do not (they are separated by a region border).
Solution code: Row 5 with "-" characters for region border, e.g. "12-3-456-7".

Great puzzle! Having experience with the Medieval Upheaval series definitely helped, but this still provided some really nice "aha!" moments even having seen the rule set before.

Removed a broken constraint. Thanks to jkuo7. Non of my testers saw that. Maybe the puzzle is a bit harder without, and not that many ways to solve.

Corrected the rules (big sorry!). The black and white property does not connect with regions, only the red and green borders do. Thanks to MaizeGator for letting me know.
