Rules

Normal 6x6 Sudoku Rules

Place the digits 1-6 once each in every row, column, and 2x3 box.

Parity Lines (red)

Along red 'parity' lines, consecutive cells must alternate between even and odd digits.

Modulo 3 Lines (turquoise)

Along turquoise 'modulo 3' lines, any three consecutive cells must contain a digit congruent to 0 mod 3, a digit congruent to 1 mod 3, and a digit congruent to 2 mod 3.

Arrows

Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.

Notation Advice (minor spoilers)

This is the notation that I used while setting and testing the puzzle, with colors for parity and letters for mod 3 equivalence classes. You can enable the letter tool in SudokuPad by clicking the cog wheel icon and checking "Enable Letter Tool" in the settings.
