Made for Scojo’s weekly puzzle prompt, which was using average arrows, entropy and ten lines. This is what I came up with!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Global entropy applies - every 2x2 subsection of the puzzle must contain at least one low (123) digit, one medium (456) digit, and one high (789) digit.
Arrows are "average arrows" - the digit in the bulb is equal to the exact arithmetic average of the digits along the arrow.
In addition, arrows (including the bulb) are "ten lines" - each arrow can be divided into non-overlapping regions, each of which sums to ten.
You can play the puzzle here: CTC App
Happy solving! Please check out some of my other puzzles if you enjoyed this one!
Solution code: Column 9 of the solution, top to bottom.

Really nice puzzle, I was scarred at first about the "mean" constraints but it turns out to be really powerful when combined with ten line.

Thanks for your comment! Would you be okay with me making it a normal comment rather than a hidden one?
