This is the third puzzle in a little series of approachable chaos constuction puzzles. Have fun and leave a comment.
Rules
8x8 Chaos Construction: In every row and column, each digit from 1 to 8 occurs exactly once. In addition, there are 8 continuous regions in which each digit from 1 to 8 occurs exactly once. The shape of these regions have to be determined by the solver.
Black Wall-Arrows: Cells cointaining a black arrow give the number of region borders seen in the arrows direction. The outmost puzzle border does not count.
Blue Wall-Arrows: The digits in cells with a blue arrow give the distance of the closest region border in the arrows direction, e.g. a 1 means that the border touches the cell with the arrow itself. Blue Wall-Arrows never point to the outmost puzzle border.
Red Wall-Arrows: The red arrows fullfill both, the Black and the Blue Wall-Arrow property.
Killer-Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat. All cells of a cage belong to the same region.
Circles count the horizontally and vertically visible cells in the same region including itself. Region borders block the view. All circles are given.
Solution code: Digits of row 5, but with "-" representing vertical box borders in row 5, e.g. 1-234-56-78

Loved this puzzle. I'm not sure I would have worked it all out without the killer boxes so I'm certainly happy they are in there :)
