Welcome! Below you'll find four 6x6 puzzles utilizing the "pointing lines" constraint which I recently invented, and you may have seen in
Horseshoe Toss on Cracking the Cryptic. I set the puzzles below as a way to teach myself the constraint before taking on a 9x9, so I hope you enjoy them!

Ricochet (Pointing Renbans, Inequalities)
Rules:
- Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.

Purple lines in the grid are Renban lines. Digits on a line form a set of non-repeating, consecutive digits in any order.
- Digits on a Renban line cannot appear in any of the cells pointed at by the arrowhead.
- The inequality ">" symbols point from a larger digit to an adjacent smaller digit.
Green Arrow (Pointing Whispers, Inequalities)
Rules:
- Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
- Green lines in the grid are German Whispers lines. Adjacent digits along the line must have a difference of at least 3.
- Digits on a German Whispers line cannot appear in any of the cells pointed at by the arrowhead.
- The inequality ">" symbols point from a larger digit to an adjacent smaller digit (r6c3 is bigger than r6c4).
Pointing Thermos (Pointing Thermometers)
Rules:
- Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits must strictly increase along a thermometer, starting from the bulb end.
- Digits along a thermometer (including the bulb) cannot appear in any of the cells pointed at by the arrowhead at the tip.
keeper (Pointing Renbans + Whispers)
Rules:
- Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on a line with an arrowhead cannot repeat in any of the cells pointed at by the arrowhead.
- The purple lines in the grid are also Renban lines. Digits on a line form a set of non-repeating, consecutive digits in any order.
- The green lines in the grid are also German Whispers lines. Adjacent digits along the line must have a difference of at least 3.
