Trial of Fire and Ice

This puzzle is a little more challenging than my last one Hot and Cold, but if you made it through the shifting temperatures there, then you may find overcoming the onslaught of arrows that burn and freeze to be manageable.
Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Hot and Cold Cages: Cages are either hot or cold. Hot cages contain positive values and cold cages contain negative values. Digits may repeat in a cage. It's up to the solver to determine if a cage is hot or cold.
Thermo: Values strictly increase from the bulb end of a thermometer.
Arrows: Values along an arrow must sum to the value in its circle.
V and X: Cells separated by a V must sum to +5 or -5. Cells separated by an X must sum to +10 or -10. Not all Vs or Xs are necessarily given.
Solution code: Column 7, top to bottom.
