Running Total Divisibility
(Published on 19. June 2024, 13:13 by RockyRoer)
Heads up! This may feel more like math homework than your average puzzle. But, some of you secretly miss flying through those maths worksheets from elementary school... - so this one's for you.
The Rules:
- [Fog Sudoku] Fill every row and column with the digits from 1-7. Correct digits will reveal surrounding cells.
- [Circles] Every cell's "running total" is the sum of all the values in all the cells up to and including that cells value when looking in reading order. Ex: R3C2's running total is the sum of all the digits in Row 1, Row 2, and R3C1 and R3C2.
A cell contains a circle if and only if the digit in the cell divides that cells running total evenly. (All circles are given!)
The Puzzle:
Try it on Sven's Sudokupad
Solution code: The number of circles in each row, from top to bottom (7 digits)
