Vicinity Sum Cages

This might be a new type of cage as far as I'm aware, if you guys like it more will follow !

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits can't repeat within a cage.
The sum of the digits inside a cage is equal to the sum of the digits from all cells outside that cage that are orthogonally connected to any cell from that cage.

Great puzzle! Tricky start but after a while it all started to work out. Definitely harder than a 2* for me, I rated 3*
