High-Rise Whisper Loop

This puzzle continues my loop pseudo-series where the clues are external clues. Expected difficutly for this entry is between 3 and 4 stars. Previous puzzles in the series are linked to below:

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally.
The loop acts as a German Whispers line (i.e., adjacent digits on the loop must have a difference of at least 5).
Loopy Skyscrapers: Each cell on the loop represents a skyscraper with a height equal to its value (non-loop cells are not skyscrapers). A clue outside the grid gives the number of skyscrapers visible in that row/column from the clue's end, where skyscrapers block the view of skyscrapers with the same or lower height behind them.
Solution code: All of row 7 (left to right), followed by digits on the loop in row 8 (left to right)

Opening left me overly confident but the puzzle quickly humbled me back to reality. Great puzzle, with the skyscrapers giving it a really different feel.

Very nice and consistent (high 3*) difficulty level through the whole solve with many clever deductions. The whisper-skyscraper combination works beautifully! Thanks.

How easy to go the wrong way on this one. So it'as a big 3* for me. The break-in is nice, but then the hard work starts. Very satisfying when done.
Great puzzle as always.
