Just One Thermometer

Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Thermometer: Digits along a thermometer have to strictly increase from the bulb to the tip.
Entropy: Each 2x2 box in the grid has to contain a low digit (1, 2, 3), a middle digit (4, 5, 6) and a high digit (7, 8, 9).

Incredible how simple some of the grids can be when it comes to Entropy... a little goes a long way. Superb setting as always!

Lovely puzzle! I was impressed by the short ruleset given there is only one thermometer in the grid. And yet it solves nicely, wow. Well done. For me, between 2 and 3 stars for difficulty.
