Zerlege das Gitter in Gebiete, so dass jedes Gebiet mindestens zwei und höchstens fünf Felder enthält. Es darf keine zwei Gebiete geben, die unabhängig von Drehungen und Spiegelungen gleiche Form und Größe haben. Befindet sich zwischen zwei Feldern ein Vergleichssymbol, so gehören diese beiden Felder zu Gebieten unterschiedlicher Größe, und das Vergleichssymbol gibt an, welches der beiden Gebiete größer ist.
Solution code: Für jede Zeile von oben nach unten die Anzahl der Polyominos, die in dieser Zeile vorkommen.

Attempt at a translation:
Divide the grid into regions, so that each region contains at least 2 and at most 5 cells.
No two regions can have the exact same shape (of the same size) not even when they are rotated or mirrored.
If there is a comparison symbol between two cells, then that indicates which of the two regions that these two cells are in is the bigger region.

Vielen Dank für's Teilen deiner Übungsrätsel. Mit dieser Rätselart hätte ich mich mal vor der LM beschäftigen sollen... ;-)
