Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- The sum of the digits along a line connecting two circles is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles.
- Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
- Digits separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all V are given.
- Any two orthogonally adjacent cells cannot contain digits in a 1:2 ratio.
Solution code: Row 1 followed by row 9.

Good puzzle and mechanic of the ratio restriction.
Same like Brian I got stuck for a couple of minutes because I forgot about the ratio rule but after remembering it became a satisfying puzzle to solve!

Got stuck in this until I remembered the ratio restriction - don't make my mistake! Very lovely puzzle, one of my favourites

An interesting application of the whispers lines. While I was deciding, I was waiting for the asymmetry to appear in the form of the number 5. The solution is pleasant. But I suffered for a long time. Thanks for the good sudoku.
