Contrary to common belief, the number 1 is not classified as a prime number. This puzzle is dedicated to this fact. As always, it was hard for me to choose the initial difficulty. Enjoy and leave a comment.
Rules
Standard sudoku rules apply: The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.
Prime detection cells: Cells with a tilted square count the number of cells from the 8 surrounding cells that contain a prime digit (2,3,5,7).
Prime Arrows: The digit in the circle of an arrow is the sum of all prime digits along the arrow.
Solution code: Top row left to right.

I love the combination of the constraints. The break-in was not to difficult for me, but I had some trouble in the mid-solve.
