Circuit Sum

Special thanks to Jaze for creating this new ruleset.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits at the endpoints of each blue line are the same and indicate exactly how many unique digits are on that line including those endpoints.
3. Blue lines are also region sum lines. Box borders divide the blue line into segments with the same sum.
4. Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Another nicely constructed puzzle from Ridhwan. Need to be a bit careful here as I made handlfull of false assumptions and need to restart.
