Standard Sudoku rules apply.
X-Sum: Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Not all possible X's are necessarily given.
Between Lines (Bridges): Digits on a grey line between two circles must lie between the two numbers in the circles and must not repeat.
Region sum Lines (River): For each blue line, digits on a line have an equal sum N for each box that line passes through.
Skyscrapers: Each digit outside the river is a skyscraper with height equal to its value. Clues outside the grid show the number of skyscrapers seen that are visible from that direction, bigger skyscrapers hide smaller ones behind them (e.g. a 9 as the first digit from that direction would hide every other digit behind it).

Changed difficulty to 3 Star and adjusted tags.

Enjoyed the puzzle a lot although I do agree that it is significantly easier than 4 stars. Also I would like to point out that x-sums are a completely different variant than x’s summing to ten and isn’t really an appropriate tag for this puzzle.

Quick clarification, the parts of the bridges that are outside the river are also skyscrapers.

Another Skyscraper variation since the feedback on the last one has been positive.
