Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Entering correct digits will clear some fog in the grid.
Chess lines: All gray lines have an image of a chess piece in the leftmost cell of the topmost row containing the line. Adjacent digits along the line must be related on a standard 3x3 keypad by the standard movement of this chess piece. No castling, pawn capture, double advance or promotion are permitted. In other words, pawns may only move one space vertically at a time. (For instance, 2-5-8-5 could be a valid fill for a pawn line.) Lines cannot branch or share cells.
Kropki: Digits across a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. XV: Digits separated by an X must sum to ten. Not all dots or Xs are given.

As I now approach 100 solves on this site, I have learned all sorts of Sudoku variations and solved many great puzzles. This Sudoku by far has been the most enjoyable i have completed to date, fun from start to finish, with some pretty great logic used at points. thank you!

This puzzle ticked quite a lot of boxes for me: fog, chess-lines and coloring opportunities. I tested an earlier version of this and already liked that. But with this final version, you found ways to put even more clever things in. Bravo!
