Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-In a row/column with a clue outside the grid, there are X number of adjacent pairs in that row that sum to the outside clue, where X is the digit nearest to the clue.
-Purple lines must contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order.
-Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle.

Removed the "column" bit, there are no column clues.
