Islands 5: Plausibility

Once again, I am returning to setting with my favorite constraint!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits may not repeat within a cage and must sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage.
Two cells in each box, row, and column have a value of 0 for the purposes of cage totals. Digits may not repeat in a cage regardless of their value.
