XV Killer King

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Any digit inside a cage can not be separaded by a king's or knight's move (in chess) from the same digit.
Any digit outside a cage must be separaded by a king's and/or knight's move (in chess) from same digit.
Digits within a cage must sum to the total in the cage corner.
Digits can not repeat within a cage.
Cells connected by an X must sum to 10.
Cells connected by an V must sum to 5.
All X's and V's are given.
Clarifying:
Inside a cage, "ANTI-" rules MUST apply.
Outside a cage, "ANTI-" rules must NOT apply.

HUH? Solution code not working for me.. triple checked, cannot find an issue with my solution *shrugs*
could someone please verify it's indeed column2 top to bottom followed by column3 top to bottom without any spaces?

Excellent puzzle. I knew the rule set would be interesting, so you inspired me to finally figure out how to convert f-puzzle to SudokuPad on my iPad. F-puzzle is simply unusable on a touch device. If you add a SudokuPad link, you’ll get more people attempting it. This is a good puzzle, and it deserves more attention.

Für jede Ziffer in einem Käfig _darf es keine_ gleiche Ziffer geben, die einen Springer- oder Königszug weit entfernt ist.
Für jede Ziffer außerhalb der Käfige _muss es eine_ gleiche Ziffer geben, die einen Springer- oder Königszug weit entfernt ist.
