Normal sudoku rules apply.
The cages are all Tetris pieces that also act as Uno cards. Digits in a cage cannot repeat. Each piece has a color (red, blue, green, or yellow) and a value (equal to the sum of the digits in the cage). When one piece rests on top of another (i.e. two pieces are vertically adjacent, so they share a horizontal edge), the two pieces must either be the same color or value (or both just like in Uno).
The color of a piece determines how it is restricted:
