Worm Riders (PAIRDOKU)

Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
COUNTING CIRCLES - A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in a circle across both puzzles.
WHISPER WORM - Adjacent digits on a worm differ by at least 3. Wherever a worm dives into a hole, it resurfaces in the same position in the other puzzle, and those two cells are considered adjacent.
INEQUALITY - The "<" symbol points to the smaller of two digits.
