This puzzle uses the Modular Lots constraint inspired by 99% Sneaky’s Lots puzzles and the Entropic Whispers constraint by gdc. Special thanks to gdc for their help improving this puzzle from the first version.
Rules:
- Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Entropic Whisper Lines: If two digits are one or two steps apart on a hollow yellow line, their difference is 3 or more. Digits may repeat on a line, if allowed by other rules.
- For example: if r6c2 is 5, the remaining four cells on the line in box 4 could not contain 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7.
- Modular Lots: A digit in a teal circle belongs to a modular group ([147], [258], or [369]). The circled digit indicates how many digits from that modular group appear along the attached line.
- For example: if r1c5 is a 4, then there are four digits from the [147] group on the attached line, including the circled 4.
- Kropki Pairs: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.

I made it harder than it was before realizing what was going on.

Took some time to wrap head around the implications of the ruleset, fun puzzle once I did.
