Polyomino Type Theory
(Published on 27. May 2024, 16:53 by sfushidahardy)
Rules:
- Standard 9x9 sudoku rules apply.
- Every cage belongs to one of four "types" that you must determine: whisper cages, kropki cages, renban cages, and nabner cages.
- Digits in orthogonally adjacent cells in a whisper cage must differ by at least 5.
- Digits in orthogonally adjacent cells in a kropki cage must either have a difference of 1, or a ratio of 2.
- Digits in a renban cage belong to a set of consecutive digits (placed in any order).
- No two digits anywhere in a nabner cage can have a difference of 1.
- Digits in a cage cannot repeat, and digits cannot appear in multiple cages of the same type.
Solution code: The digits in the first column, top to bottom.
