Trouble

Rules:
- Mostly normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 0-8 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Trouble: Starting at each of the four double circles, four "players" will move around the board clockwise, attempting to circle the entire board before entering their respective central leg and ending at the circle in box 5 that matches their starting color. Each turn, every player will "roll the die" (the result of the die roll is the digit in that player's current cell, which must be a digit from 1-6) and move clockwise that number of white circles. To win the game, a player must land exactly on their respective circle in box 5 in the fewest number of turns. If they roll too high, they do not win. On the turn when the first player wins, no more turns are taken and the game ends, meaning the ending cells in box 5 and any cells where another player would have landed on future turns are not restricted to containing only 1-6, as no die is rolled to leave those cells. When the winning player is determined, place the result of their first die roll (the digit in that player's starting position) into the obscured cell in the center of the grid.
- Additionally, each colored part of the board is a different type of line. A cell only counts as being on a line if the cell contains a white circle.
- The red line is a Parity Line: Digits along the line must alternate between even and odd.
- The green line is a German Whisper: Neighboring digits along the line must differ by at least 5.
- The yellow line is a Dutch Whisper: Neighboring digits along the line must differ by at least 4.
- The blue line is a Region Sum Line: Region borders divide the line into segments which must each sum to the same total.
This example shows how the green player might move around the board to reach their ending cell in 7 turns.
