Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrows circle.
Additionally, the digit in an arrow's circle will repeat in a cell pointed at by that circle's arrow tip. This repeat can be one or more cells away from the arrow tip (but not the arrow tip cell itself).
For clarity, if there are two arrow tips, both must see a repeated circle digit.

Fun breakin, fairly easy after that, with the extra rule making a couple more key deductions.
For clarity, circles that have two arrow tips attached must have both tips pointing at a copy of the circle's digit.

I certainly remember solving this back then as one of the first ones, and it’s still lots of fun to revisit this! Thanks for a sweet puzzle (again) :)
