This puzzle introduces a new line constraint which is a combination of entopic lines and whisper lines. It is inspired from the Run-on-nabneR ruleset from JC Godart (see LMD#F1H). Thanks to the testers!
These lines are a new invention but I also published a second puzzle that utilizes them called Razor Blade.

@SparklePuzzle I believe r9c3 should resolve those cells, by the presence of the 8 in box 8.
